Enclosures: (List what you are enclosing)

Obviously, this is very basic but it gets the point across of what you want to accomplish.

~~NAME~~, you want to be quick, to the point and precise when dealing with the
credit bureaus.  You will find the phone number to contact at the bottom of each
individual credit report.  Remember your phone skills and who you are dealing with.

Imagine the customer service reps day.  Jill is sitting there in her cube
with her headset on all day held hostage and forced to listen to an endless line of
people calling her and yelling at her about the mistakes on their credit report.

She didn't put them there nor is she the enemy.  So treat Jill with respect.  As a matter
negotiation the likability factor is huge.  Besides, who do you think she is going to help
as a priority, you who respectfully but firmly demanded attention or Jim in Alabama
who is yelling and cussing her out?

I hope the answer is obvious to you.  Make sure to get Jill's direct fax line so you can
personalize and send your dispute letter directly to her.  The more personal and less
like a number you make her feel the more likley you are to get the attention and results
you want.

(Sidebar, it is like that with anything in life.  Humans hate feeling like numbers so call
people by their name.  You know what the sweetest sounding word is in the English
language....the sound of your own name!  So use that.)
